I have been having a problem since i had full exhaust and rebuilt a4 on the 3.8. When i crank it up and start driving i can hear this clicking noise that gets louder as i accelerate. I cant hear it when i 1st turn the car on, only when i start moving. After driving my car for awhile when i turn it off and try to crank it again it just makes a clicking noise. so i let it sit and try it again and it cranks right up. I just wanted to know if yall think that the clicking when i am driving and the clicking when i go to crank up the car after it get hot is the same clicking? Please help!! I am looking for a new starter as we speak, but wanted to know if there was anything else that i might need to look at or fix while i am down there.
