I'm going to be replacing my seats with leather soon. I took my back seats out and there was a puddle of water under the passenger side rear seat. I pulled up some of the carpet and its wet all under the carpet of the passenger seat. It smells pretty bad too. I know the leak is coming from the window, but the trim looks fine. How do I fix it?

    Sounds like t-top leak...

take t-top off, go to rear corner, remove screw holding t-top weatherstripping down, spooge some black RTV under the weatherstriping. Tighten down and let dry.

the water needs to channel into the little plastic tab into the weatherstripping and it goes down through the door. Teh factory seal, that keeps water from getting underneath the weatherstripping sometimes fails overtime.

i did the same thing. if it leaks in the front it goes right next to the front seat. if its in the back it runs down the sail panel by the seat.
