        Well, I am not going to diagnose it as a spun bearing or anything yet, but I will say that your oil pressure is way too low. Fix that first and go from there.

          it varies it will be at 50 one day the next 16 then the next maybe 30 its crazy

            well id say its time to get in there and replace the oil sending unit then. do that and see if the sound goes away. it might be that. but at first glance the first thing that came to my mind was a spun bearing. personally i wouldnt drive it much until its fixed becuase youre kinda playing with fire with something like this. it can either be a cheap easy fix or it might cost you a hell of alot more becuase you didnt fix the problem when it arose.
