Header Install........questions beforehand

Ok, im about to have my pace setter headers installed on my 96 V6, but I have a few questions to ask befor i doit. What can i expect in performance and gasmileage. Also how much will the sound change? Also do i have to worry about any SES lights or sepcial tuning? I already have flowmaster exhaust. TIA

performance and mileage should go up. the sound will become deeper and loader and you shouldnt have to worry about an SES light and tuning isnt needed but it would make things run even better.
