Problem with car Please Help!

Well, I was driving home on sunday night, and it had been raining most of the night, and I ran through some puddles. As I was driving, the car started acting wierd. So when i pulled on to my street, I turn off the car, and it wouldn't restart. I waited 10 min, and it finally started. Now it has been running like sh*t since then. I replaced spark plugs, wires, and fuel filter. And it hasn't helped at all. When i drive it, it seems like it has no power, and sometimes it even stalls, and won't stay running. If I give it gas, it doesn't do anything. I don't know what is wrong here. I bought some gas additive that is supposed to remove water from the tank, but that hasn't helped. And i also got a key from autozone to check for codes, but there is none, but the SES light is on. I don't know what is wrong with my car. Please Help! Thanx in advance.

If the SES light is on there should be codes, as long as its on, autozone should be able to scan it.

Yeah, I am going to go there after school, hopefully I will make it. It is running like crap!! I don't know what could be wrong.

Well, I took it to Autozone today, and they tried the key thing, and it wasn't giving any codes, so they said I have to take it some where where they can hook it up to a computer. I really don't know what is wrong. In the beginning of Janurary, my SES light came on, and It was running bad, but not like it is now, and i took it to Pepboys and they did an engine diagnostic. They ended up tellin me that i need a new computer for my car. Well, they cleared the PCM and it ran fine the next day and until last week. And now all of sudden the SES light came on, and it has been running like crap. I changed the spark plugs and wires, and a fuel filter. I am kinda low on funds, and i don't have a job. I don't know what to do! Thanx.
