i've tried searching already, and i've looked all over the web... i wanna get a darn walbro pump that'll just plug right into the canister in my tank, no mods, no hitches, nothing special. where can i get one of those? sorry if i'm overlooking something obvious, but a "universal kit" sounds to me like i'm gonna have to cut and clamp stuff, and there are a few sites that just list pumps but i have NO clue as to whether or not they'll fit my car. someone please tell me where to get one of these darn things so i dont wind up with another nightmare and i cant drive my car for 4 days. thank you. i'm also thinking of getting that pump rewire kit from ZZP... opinions on that?

Re: fuel pump
the pump rewire kit is for the W body, not sure if the wire length or anything is different for the F body.
ZZP also sells the Walbro and a 3800 specific option as well. I dont know much about them, but ZZP told me this. With the universal pump you can run your tank dry, and with the 3800 spec pump you can only go down to like 1/8 tank??? dont know why, but thats what they said.

Re: fuel pump
is the universal kit hard to install? i was about to buy your pump (if you remember) but then i got gunshy about trying to cut and clamp something in place or not getting instructions, so i kinda chickened out...2000 3.8L Camaro A4 Pewter Y87<br />K&N Filter, SLP Ram Air kit, Eibach Pro Kit, Flowmaster 80 series, Silverstars, NGK plugs and MSD Super Conductor Wires, Electric Water Pump

Re: fuel pump
I got the universal kit from zzperformance when I upgraded. Direct swap and plug and play. $125 is the cheapest and zzperformance has it for that
