Wiper Regulator/Transmission/Linkage?

Are all these parts the same actual part?

Just curious I broke a wiper arm on my '95 and it was overshooting the windshield, literally going all the way over the a-pillar. So I figure I need wiper arm's *taken care of already new ones off a '01*

But when I look at dealer books they have a part listed for a Transmission, junk yards have a Linkage listed, and almost everyone else *ebay* lists Regulators, are all these stupid parts the same?

Oh yea! there are the same. If you cant find a new wiper just throw a transmission on your windshield.....
