window problem??!

Hey guys, well tht little roller ball got disconnected from te actual window causing it to bedisconnected, and i couldnt tell if it was a bolt of what not tht actually connected it, so i just weled it together. well it seems tht it rolls up and down a little hard making some noises, and im not sure if its scratching the window, could ther be anything tht is scratching it, cuz i see some scratches but i dont know if they were there before, wutu think is going on ?
