Can a dealer cut a new door key from my vin #

I tried to use the door key for the first time instead of the key fob, but it's not working. Any chance they can get me a key made just in case I lose power, or something stops working? And any Idea how much it would cost? Thanks again.

Yup, just off the Vin.
If it is the one with the computer chip I think it is $40 each.
Just the metal key then $5 each
