Well, did anybody get anywhere with this? Just wondering because I have the same issue. This is really annoying. I think I will replace the wheel bearings and see if that helps. That shouldn't cost too much, and if that isn't it....
I still haven't done anything regarding this problem. And now that winter is coming, and I don't have a garage..... I may be waiting for a bit on this. The mechanic I tookl it too said it was def. not a wheel bearing though, he said it was something more serious, but he didn't do drivetrain work, so he couldn't say if it was tranny, Diffy, or what. But he said the transmission fluid it was and clean when they changed it, apparently its been done a lot. Records show a 25,000 and 50,000 mile change of fluid in it. And I had it flushed, and a cleaner run through at 68,000, about a 1000 miles ago.
So I doubt mine is a tranny problem, since it shifts really nice still. Kicks alot with the Hypertech increase too. =)
