  • rough idle - vibration

My camaro is a 93 and has a 3.4. Recently, the head gasket went bad. I replaced the gasket and put it back together. It fired right up but ran poorly. The idle was high, around 2 grand, and it was rough. I had two codes come up, one was a MAP sensor the other was ignition. Something about a 3x communication issue. I replaced the sensor and the ignition control module. No more codes. However, the car still runs rough and doesn't seem to have as much power. Also, when I get to 45 mph or higher, if I try to maintain speed, I get vibration from the rear end. If I give it gas, it will stop vibrating. Once it reaches operating temp, the car will die if i come to a stop. Any suggestions? If there is a vacuum leak, I can't find it. Not sure what else to look at. The vibration puzzles me.
