My air bag light is on. I do not want to take it to the dealer. Can I disable the system so that the light goes off? The light annoys me, especially at night. Or, how much does the dealer or a shop charge to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks.

It depends on the dealer as to what they charge. need to call around. -

Found my own answer. Pulled #1 fuse and light went out.
Yes, I realize that my airbags will not work. It is only for now. Anyway, my last toy was a 1980 Olds Cutlass, no airbags on that one either, obviously.Comment
