this is a stupid question.. but where is the TPS located on an 01 camaro does anyone have a pic?

Its apart of the TAC assembly which is #3 and I don't think is serviceable

yeah ive read another post where the tps went bad.. had to replace the throttle body...

check a junk yard for it, probably much cheaper.

chet's just went bad.. he replaced his TB, fixed all.

that is so ****ing stupid that you have t replace the whole thing.. it is so hard to find a newer f body in a junk yard around here..

I have one sitting on the shelf in the garage, which is off a 01. I bought it at a junk yark for $100 when mine on my 99 was sticking. Interested???? whats your email address and i can send you pics of it, all it needs is a good cleaning, i guess it works fine, i sold my 99 before i installed it.

This is for a 99 Camaro, 3.8 liter, but it should be the same. What would you do, drill the rivets out, and tap the holes in the TB for bolts to hold the new one? I also believed that the whole TB would have to be replaced, so I am confused about this one.

Also, is this the TPS or the TAC? Anyone?

this kind amakes me mad cause i called autozone and they said they didn't have **** i ended up buying a new TB but i will test this out with my old tb and let ya'll know if it works...
