    first how much money you got?

    becuase it is cheaper to do heads/cam at the same time

    you also need to match the stall to your cam

    for the cam do you plan to stay N/A or boost or NOS?

    you will also need Good tuning on a dyno or on the street with a Wide band O2

    i say do your list above then add a good exhaust to it

    i would do intake/exhuast and headers (for 1995-1999 cars)

    then gears/lsd, if your going turbo put 3.42's in there, if not the 3.73 or 4.10's

    Then save and buy the cam/heads/stall all nice and matched and install those at one time.....
