whats the 3.8's stock rwhp i kno its rated at 200 at the flywheel but i cant seem to find out what the rwhp is

take the estimated FWHP and divide by 1.25, and you'll get an approximate RWHP. And if you get it dynoed, take that RWHP and multiply by 1.25 to get approximate FWHP.
