I don't think I'd try to attempt to remove them. Just disconnect the fluid line under the hood and on the nozzle side, use the air compressor and blow back into it. Forcing whatever is clogging the nozzle out the other end. A guy at checker auto parts told me to take a little pipe cleaner and stick it in there. But that was at checker so who knows if the guy knows what the hell he's talking about.

not sure if its the same on 4th gens.. but on my 3d gen, I jsut took hte little filter off and put my lips to the hose and blew my harder then I have blown before, and htey worked for 3 years after that. Change the filter on your pick up tube in the resouvoir, might have come apart, if its trashed just use a inline fuel filter for a lawnmower, does the same thing and is at most car parts stores, they usually have a small section for lawnmower parts.Comment
