Actually, from what i've read, the WS6 and Z28 are the same. The SS and Firehawk are the same. SS and WS6 aren't the same. And everyone knows that GM downplayed the LS1 in the F-bodies. They said they "de-tuned" them to 305-325 HP, but they really put out about 345 HP. The reason GM advertised it that way was so that prospective Corvette buyers would go for the "more powerful" and more expensive car, instead of getting the same package for much less.
that being said, i'd get a black or navy blue metallic WS6. meanest looking car on the road, IMO.
From what I understood the regular trans am and the Z28 are the same they even have the same horsepower, and the SS and WS6 are the same because of their ram air capabilities, and I think the firehawk is in a league of his own. But to me the best looking one is the WS6 even more so than the firehawk.
