well, I'm not sure if it's normal, but I always had it:

when engine is running and accelerating there's slight vibration... I always assumed it was normal, cuz of long strokes in the engine... it's just you can sligthly feel engine running in your car... and you feel slight vibration when accelerating. It's like AS IF one of the cylinders is providing less output... but I changed plugs, wires and it doesn't throw any codes.. this subtitle vibration gets a tad bit worse when the engine is hot. Is it normal? Does everyone get it? Now, keep in mind, it's not severe vibration... it's just kinda little noticeable vibration. It happens only on low rpms, on high rpms it does away. Is it normal?

why worry about it? yes it's normal and there are probably still vibrations at higher RPM's just they get quicker and you cant feel them...v6's have terrible harmonics and they cant be balanced out near as well as v8's....

They are going to be slight vibratins, but honestly the driver shouldnt be able to feel them. You have a manuial, if I were you I would check you manual transmission mount, mine went bad and vibrated like crazy. Then check your motor mounts. If any one of these mounts is oil soaked or torn, I would replace them. Also, if you car has over a 100K I would at least change the tranny mount, that one gets alot of stress on it. Good luck,

I kinda have the same problem. But I really don't notice it while driving, just at a stop w/foot on brake(auto trans). Very slight vibrations, like misfire; not a perfectly smooth idle. I have no codes, changed plugs, wires, coil packs, fuel filter, blah, blah, blah, and still shimmys. I had a '99 3.8 Firebird, now an '02 bird, same thing.
