I want a turbo like crazy for my 95 3.4 Camaro, however because of all the hoops you have to jump through I can't afford it. Also, with the amount of work that needs to be done I'm not sure if i'm capable of installing it myself, so there would be even more money.

I'm looking for the power gains simular to the FFF Turbo kit for my car, so I think I should go to the drivetrain. I was thinking, 3.73 gears, after market torque converter, driveshaft (one peice aluminum?), and a Limitted slip diff.

This is just a thought, i'm not sure what i'm looking at for power gains from these mods, if someone could help me out it would be awesome.

They really fukked the 3.4 with s/c and turbos. Bastard child of chevy.

you will be quicker because of the gears and TC, also less rotating mass from the driveshaft. no power gained, but will be quicker. Actually on a dyno you will dyno less with the TC.

The actual HP isn't important, just the speed. I should have phrased it better. I need to retain drivability, so are 3.73 gears my best bet or are the 4.10s an option??

Also, my bad on posting in gen tech, move me if need be.
