I tried a search and all with no luck. WHat color wires are associated with the vss. and where is the actual sensor located?? on a 1996 base model camaro

Not 100% about location but according to the haynes the colors on 96 and up are yellow and purple coming out of the VSS. Hope this helps a little.Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head. -

Ok I found it, it's located in the trans housing at the rear section near the output shaft, I would probably not be quoting this from the book if I took the friggin time to get under my car once in a while.Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.Comment
