Are MSD Blaster coils worth it? I have searched and it was 50/50 of people saying they are a waste of money and people saying they had noticable gains. Any info or feedback is appreciated. :)

I wouldn't say they give you any gains by themselves. But replacing the old worn out coils with new ones you might feel something. They do look purty though.

I've got them on my 98. It was the first modification (if you can call it a mod) that I did to the car's engine. I changed the wires, coils, and plugs in one sitting with MSD blaster coils, MSD wires and splitfire plugs, respectively. I didn't really notice a difference, to tell the truth. However, I saw more gains than I expected after I put on the SLP cold air intake, and the whisper lid about six months later.

By itself the MSD coils, I think, won't do much. In tandem with other mods you may start to see some impressive numbers.

I got mine from Summit Racing.

I have the MSD's on my bird and I have no complaints. Not sure If I got a gain or anything, but I did see a little better mpg from them.
