99 Firebird Front Bumper Removal?

Can someone please help me find out how to remove my front bumper from my 99 firebird? I've looked all over for instructions on how to remove the front bumper. I also went out and bought a haynes manual today and removed everything that they told me too. However, there is still some bolts or something near the front tires holding the bumper on that I can't seem to find. Normally bumpers are easy to remove, but this ones been a pain. Any help would be awesome.

I attempted to do the same thing...but i cant find some bolts that seem to be holding it on. I also don't want to just start removing any and all bolts unless I have to.

I haven't done anything like that with a 99 - I did replace the driver's side fender and wheel well on a 97 Firebird, though. I can't remember too many details about it - I just kept looking for bolts and plastic pins, etc. until I found everything. You may have remove the inner fender wells, to see what is in there and to get to whatever is still connected. The fender well on the 97 was easy if I remember right.
