ok guys iwas gonna replace my coilpacks. well i wen to order my plugs and wires and they said msd coil packs were 50 somehting a piece..is this right, someone said they were only a little bit more than stock!! also i got ngk iridium plugs and msd wires, is that a good setup?

yeah that is the right price for msd coils, the ac delco coils are like 40 dollars, but a lot of people buy the cheap 20 dollar coils from autozone. i've had all three and couldnt really tell a difference between them, except now i have the dis 4 and can tell a big difference with that. i run the 8.5mm msd wires and ngk plugs not the iridium ones though. sounds like a good ignition set up to me.

The setup your going to use chet mo is good, you don't really need the msd-4 unless your gong to be dong heavy modding and tunning. Plus the fact you have a 3.8 it isn't really neceasry, i would spend the money for the msd4 and get a tuner instead
3.4 they help alot.
