EDIT: Nvm, did some readin on it, and I don't want it afterall. So, I may be interested in your DS. I would really like to find a LSD and gears though. How much of a difference would I see form the DS? I know it won't be much, but just an estimate.

                      Re: Abit to spend

if I bought a used LSD and gears out of another F-body, what do I need to install it? Can I just put it in and be done with it, or do I need to buy an install kit and all? I want the DS, but someone is selling gears and a LSD, and I'd rather have them than the DS, sorry bout that. But, if I need to buy other stuff and the gears and LSD are too much, I'm still interested in teh DS. I've got the money, just got to get it into the bank tomorrow.

                        Re: Abit to spend

If you take out the whole rear end... with gears and LSD already installed...
                        its a direct replacement.

If you remove the gears/ lsd out of a rear end..
then you have to have a shop setup the gears within tight specification
($200-$300) plus the cost of an install kit and oil
2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls!

ill take that driveshaft if no one else does. :)

did you do any suspension work? all that powers worthless if you gotta break to a stop before taking a turn ;)

shocks and springs are something to look into later on. but upgrading your front sway bar is a nice handling improvment. and you could do a 32mm bar for less than $100.

Hey, I guess someone else can have the DS. I've got the money and was about to ask your PayPal, and my mom walks in and says I don't need it. She'll let me get stripes, rims, subs, etc etc, but not a lousy DriveShaft. Sorry man, but there are 2 others who said they wanted it.
