Hey fella's. Is there any distributor in Orange County California that sells 160 Hypertech Powerstats or any 160 degree thermostat in LA???? I'm from Kansas and have been living in LA for the summer and wanted to put a 160 stat in my car for the damn hot drive home in a couple weeks, but autozone doesn't sell them cause they said the cars wouln't pass smog with it. So I just need to get one soon, and I don't think I have enough time to order one and it make it here before I leave. So help me out, there's gotta be somebody in Orange county, Oh yeah, I live in Mission Viejo. Thanks.

Your stock cooling system is good enough for any heated climate on earth...As long as everything works good (Fans, Radiator etc...)Unless you plan on idling in traffic for a few days in the Sahara desert.
Back to your question, You can buy them online.Thunderracing.com and lmperformance.com have them.You can also find a coolant radiator additive at any auto parts store."Water-Wetter" by Redline oil and "Purple Ice" by Royal Purple also help out. -
