those fancy devides are also known as magnets, maybe you have heard of them before...lol j/k
these people must be the same rocket scientists that came up with the tornado(increase horse power by obstructing air flow), the electric turbo(also seen at your local walmart packaged as a bilge fan/blower in the boating supplies section), and my favorite one, octane booster(when they say adds 3 points of octane that means it actually adds .3 octane)
none of this crap works, yet people seem to seel a lot of them on ebay. guess there are a lot of desperate ricers out there. lol
