fog lights issue, this is nuts

my fog lights are messed up lol, i havnt found out the prob yet but when ever i turn on the fog lights, my tail light fuse is burning up lol i think its the tail light fuse, i keep them off now because it dont burn up when i keep them off, they dont blow up, they get so hot they melt. what could be the prob.? condisation in the lamps maybe causeing ground and hot touching? thats my only theiry

I know for a fact that this is a problem it seems EVERYBODY has. Do a search - a common theory is cheap wiring or exposed wire.
