So what are your thoughts on this?I figured it would be pretty neat to have , but wonder how accurate it really is.

Wow, I'm going to have to get one of those. Don't have time to go to the track (like me)? No problem, do it on your own street :P (just don't get in trouble). It supposedly tells HP, 1/4, 60', and all that junk. It looks pretty neat. If I had the money, I'd buy one. If you do get it, let me know how you like it, and if you're willing to lend it out for an hour or two:banana:

I was thinking of getting a g-tech for the same reason.

i've found more reviews for the gtech than anything. i was considering that.

any thoughts from anyone who has tried these things?

i was going to buy that interceptor, before discovering that it will probably cost me like $400 to get my differential installed :(

one of those car shows in spike tv did a story on the g tech version. they installed it, went out and thrashed on the test car....came back in to validate the horsepower rankings on the dyno....the g tech was within about 4-5 horsepower of what the dyno said. they were happy with the results, so i guess thats good enough for me. do i want one? yes....will i actually buy one? probably not, kinda kills the excitement of going to the track.

I want one just to see if my mods are doing anything, and you can easily transfer from one car to another so you can have fun without illegal street racing.:) ....but street races get your adrenaline pumping.

I have a gtech, the older simpler version (there was a seller selling them for $35 shipped a while back)

Its wicked fun, great for testing buddys cars that say they run 12s in clapped out old ****box.

Seems accurite, told me how slow my truck was.
