P0420 code ?

I know its a low effiency on bank1. whats bank1? the guy who scanned it said its mostlikely the spark plugs.?

i think thats the drivers side exhaust manifold o2 sensor that is reading bad. could be wrong.

Im thinking its the post cat sensor
