HID conversion kit price???

my headlights suck since i got my halo lights and cant get them adjusted perfect i bought some 100 watt bulbs on ebay and havent gotten them in yet but i bet they will suck i am thinking about upgrading what is the difference other than price id the first one a rip off and is the 2nd one too much?

Those are not hid's, my hid's were 300 bux. Those are normal halogen headlights with a stupid reley with them.
