So i know its a dumb question, but my tail light bulbs are a b***h to take out. I had to replace one and i had to pry it out, i did that at the expense of gouging the housing pretty bad. New bulb went in fine but i'd rather not go through another half hour trying to take off one bulb while messing up the housing in the process. Have they just melted on pretty bad? what can i do to remove the rest of the bulbs more easily? since i want to replace all of them now that one side is brighter.. any tips are appreciated and my apologies again for asking about such a simple problem

Re: tips on removing stuck bulbs?
No help in getting them off (I had to order new fog light housings and sockets they were melted so badly), but unlike GM remember to use some bulb grease when you put in the new lights. It'll help next time you need to change, and might even act a bit like a heat sink compound to spread the heat out a bit and prevent future problems.Drivetrain Moderator - "There are no stupid questions, only stupid people!"

get a pair of these:
Use them religiously. You should have no problem getting the bulbs out of the housings.\'98 Camaro - SOLD<br />Best E/T: 15.489 @ 86.48 MPH<br />60\': 2.131<br /><a href=\"http://members.cardomain.com/skorpion317\" target=\"_blank\">members.cardomain.com/skorpion317 </a><br />1998 Saturn SL2<br />Official <a href=\"http://www.njdisturbance.com\" target=\"_blank\">NJ Disturbance</a> bracket racer
