well seeing as how I have replaced mine twice that doesn't look like it will fit. I also wouldn't buy it b/c the seller obviously does not know what it is for. If the car years were truely 94-95 then it would have to be the 3.4 but the seller put 3.8. Wouldn't trust it.

Why not just ask the seller for a part number and check your local parts store?

before you go buy a new one try this. Try cleaning the path ways to and from the egr valve. I got codes and mine were just blocked. undo the pipe that goes from the egr to the plenum and clean it out totally. Take it off the egr side as well. also clean the hole to the plenum.
