My oil pan is rusting out and i plan on getting a new one soon. How hard is it to replace? What do i have to do to put it in like what things do i have to take out as in transmission or whatever??

Do you have a haynes or chilton's manual? If not, buy one, read it,
then ask questions.
And no I'm pretty sure the tranny doesnt have to come out. -

ya, i know you wanna change it out (hard to do)
but im saying you can just easily repair it real quick
but, its a critical component so if you insist on swapping it out, go for it2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls!Comment

i wouldnt take it off just to paint it, unless there was a area you couldnt get to.

how did you manage to rust your oil pan out???
