A few questions about the windshield, wiper fluid, wiper blades

Ok how much does our (or if its different every year, I have 95) windshield wiper fluid resovoir hold? I'm completely out.

Also I need to buy new wiper blades(what size btw?) but since the previous owner did not change them there are 3 marks from where the wiper arm holds the blades on, on my drivers side. I want to fix this before I get new blades, so can this be buffed out or what? Or do I need to get a new windshield cause its bareable to drive but is so ugly and noticeable.

Bad picture but it is noticeable in person, but you can kinda see one of the lines if you look at the middle of the windshield

Just buy a gallon of washer fluid and fill it up.

The wiper blades are 24".

I had no luck buffing out my windshield scratches, I had to replace the windshield.
