I have a 95 camaro with a 3.4 v6 and mine would overheat alot. It turned out to be the water pump was going out. I put a new one on and it's all good now.
Bad news. Mine didn't seem to be losing any coolant either...nor did I see it burning any off. HOWEVER...I just got the wonderful news today that, yes, indeed it is a blown head gasket. (BTW, there wasn't any water/coolant in the oil when I checked, either)
