quick question

hey i have two questions one is i disconnected my battery and now my radio wont work can u giv me step by step how to reset it i dont have my owners manuel anymore. second queston how to u reset the car to take any codes off do i need to disconnect the whole battery or what please help

what year is it? On my 94 all you have to do is tune it to the station you want and press and hold the set button.

you may need to go to autozone and have them clear out the codes with their scanner. Even though [sometimes] you can get rid of a check engine light by disconnecting the batt, that's the only way to be sure.

Obviously, if the condition that caused the light to come on isn't fixed, it will come right back.
