DTC code 1516

OK......so today we (me and my dad) bought this mint Mazda 626 LX V6 with 5spd transmission...........the car is really nice and it's for him.............. but after driving for a couple hours, the check engine light came on ...............it's p1516 which is
DTC P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance ............. what should be causing this? what can i do to fix it? ........ thnks ..........

The code comes from the Throttle Actuator Control.

ouch !..........haha.......i know, i know it's a f-body forum but i was thinking that i could get some kind of idea how much it's gonna cost me ................ can i ask a broad question, what does TAC do? where is it usually located?
