i deleted the old post because nobody answered my last question. I used a hypertech and set it to W rated tires. Now why else would the car not climb up more? it bugs me because i know it should go faster. An Eclipse which is rated at 200hp too can do over 145. WHY CAN'T MINE? GRR. it makes me mad. granted i shouldn't be going that fast i'd just like it too :D

i already have a hypertech. i just re-reprogrammed it yesterday to see if that works.
