Have you replaced the belt? You might need a new belt. You might also need a new tensioner.

I personally would replace the belt and the tensioner.

By the way, my past experience tells me that belt dressing spray does not work.

I agree, I would start with the belt because it's cheaper and easier. Since it's noisy it probably needs replacing anyway. If it doesn't help then you have not wasted any money......then you move on to the tensioner. And Nascar is right, belt dressing won't work because it's not supposed to be used on serpentine belts for some reason.

        Belt dressing is useless.

        1. Pull the belt
        2. Spray down all the pulleys with brake cleaner
        3. Either clean the grime and grease off your current belt or buy a new one and put it on the new pulleys

If it still squeals, then it's a bearing or something else, but not a slipping belt.

Also, before you spend any money, take the belt off and spray it with dish soap. Put it back on and start it up, see if it still squeels.

Just replace the belt and you should be good.
