Need shifter boot clip part number

    Need shifter boot clip part number

    I need the part number for the plastic clip that holds the manual shifter boot to the console. Mine's been broken for a while now.

    I have the Firebird parts manual pdf, but I don't have clue how to read it. It takes like 5 min to search the whole document :mad:

    Can somebody please help me out?!?

    I went to the dealership, and they said boot + clip come as one. The price was $130 canadian :mad:

      So if I order this shifter boot from Year One it should come with the boot and clip?

        Try ordering it from GM Parts Direct. Part # is 17997789. It's almost half the price as from Year One.

          Thanks. I sent an email to them asking if it includes the plastic clip.

          Anyone know for sure if its included?
