i think this is the right section. i have a 96 3.8L A4 with 6x,xxx miles on it. i have a CAI and 80 series flowmasters and i know its not a beast but it pulls pretty hard for what it is. what are the main things that make up lousy throttle response. when i hit it it revs up for a second or 2 and then catches and is fine. is there anything that i could buy that would help with that.

      Re: throttle response

Uprgading your ignition will help that throttle response.

MSD DIS4 is a great way to wake it up.

      new spark plugs as well.

maybe run some fuel injector cleaner and sea foam thru the car
