I took my car up to around 116-117 and RPM's were about 800 from redline and it just held there. I thought the car would turn off or sputter, something but it just sat there doing that speed. I know our limiter is supposed to be 118. Also slowing down (without braking, coasting) from that speed the car seems really shaky, feels like someone suddenly grabbed the car as soon as you let off the gas. It's weird cause it doesn't feel that way getting up to speed.

In my F-body, it just won't go any faster. On my bike (180mph indicated) it kind of cuts off and almost pitches you forward. Then it cuts back on when you release some of the throttle.

http://www.cardomain.com/id/nitroxxx28

ya thats what happened to me, it was alittle shakey.\"Well, we don\'t care how bad-*** some dude\'s N/A Honda S2000 motor is; if you go up against 900+ pushrod ponies and 750 pounds of earth-shaking torque with a wrong-wheel-drive econobox, you\'re gonna get a fast and furious old-school ***-whipping.\"

Everyone seems baffled by this, but I got mine up to about 130...it was about 5 ticks after the 125 on the dash...I dunno how it went that high, but she kept on going. Maybe the person before be did a lil something to it and hooked me up?!?!?!Stephen Cruikshank

Selling some stuff so all I have left is the FRA, !MAF Screen, whisper lid, Holley PowerShot, 3\" catback, and 160* thermo on the car

I Practice Street S.M.A.R.T.S. - do you?

mine jerks me forward a bit. feels just like you are under full acceleration and quickly lift your foot. i have to recomend not testing this on public highways. ask my friend. play smart.

Well I don't know who this friend person is. But I felt confident in where I was doing it, 1:30am at the end of a weekend, no traffic in FL with flat, straight, smooth highway in an area I know on a small stretch of freeway about 2-3 miles long that doesn't have any on/off ramps. Their was no one in front or behind me the entire time I did it.1997 Camaro v6 3.8
Bone Stock, just a little slower then most station wagons.
**Either the slowest SS or the prettiest v6**

well, in this case it wasnt other people on the road... or anything safety related for that matter. it was the cop that put him behind bars. he did not enjoy that.
