  • BRAKES!

ok, so for the past several months or so i've been fighting the loudest brake squeel under the sun. ive changed bads, turned rotors, found out that i changed to ****ty pads the 1st time and changed to ceramix. now the fronts are sqeeking constantly, and the rears sound like some serious metal-metal contact... NE suggestions would be BIG help. Thanx.

    oh, its a 99' w/all wheel disc ;)

Did you change your rotors when you changed to ceramix? That might be your problem. Also did you use the anti-noise crap on the back of the pads?

uhhh....anti-noise crap? i am always busy so i dropped my car off @ a midas to get them done. and there the stock rotors. do you need better ones for ceramix? ....and just a thought, could it be my wheel bearings that are makin all the noise instead of the brakes themselves?
