I'm thinking i have a belt issure. On some days, i get no power steering till i hit like 1500+ rpms. Oil pressure jumps from like 1/4 to 1/2 when i get power steering back. When this is happening, i get a whine sound from the engine. I think one of the belts is on its way out. What belt would be on the power steering and where can i find a part number for it? I plan on taking a 1700 mile trip next week and would like to replace this before i go.

There's only 1 belt. Just go to Discount Auto or Napa or something and tell them you need a new Serpentine Belt. It's easy to put on.Matt
