my brake rotors look very rusty, how can I clean them is there like a special thing to clean them with? thanks in advance.

you need zinc coated rotors...I made the same mistake buying non zinced ones.....UGLY!
You can sand down the hub of the rotors and paint them etc etc, but the outer edges of the rotor is a different story. sandblast/sand the center and paint it. Stay clear of the actual rotor part though.
