I need to get it off to put my new grille on. I got all the tabs out (underneath and on top) and took out two of the screws underneath. However, there are four 10mm bolts connecting the fascia to the fenders on either side that are extremely hard to get to. Anyone know a decent way I can get to these?
Before someone says I should have posted this in appearance, I already did, and have gotten 0 replies in 4 hours. I think I will get better help in this section.

Blldogg: this grille is a little different: it screws into the sides where the stock grille clips in. This requires removal of the front fascia to get to the other side.

Oh man, that was a PITA. I think if I tried to do it again it would be a much quicker job, though. I got the fascia off (thanks to Vanquish's tip to get the wheel well covers out of the way) installed the grille, and re-installed the fascia. Everything bolted right back up and it looks really good. The fascia is really dirty though, I'll have to clean it up then I will post pics.
I noticed no one has done a write-up on how to remove the bumper cover. Maybe I'm a little incompetent, but that could've helped me (and others that have clear corners to install). Oh well, got 'er done in two days on and off. Now when I buy clear corners it will be a relatively quick install.

Glad I could help you out. And, since I have no life :) and don't have anything to do tomorrow I may just go take pictures of the process and produce a write-up that anyone could understand and follow.
I would have done it, but I had no camera at the time when I was doing it, and I don't feel like taking it all apart again.
Basic steps though:
Required tools:
Ratchet, 10mm and 7 mm.
Flathead screwdriver
Pliers (if the plastic clips give you ****)
Jacks and stands. I used two spare jacks, NOT a good way to do, but you play with the cards you're dealt.
Something to support the rear wheels (I used two big bricks)
Lug wrench
1. Remove plastic clips under hood on top of the bumper cover with a flat-head screwdriver, and possibly pliers (there are 5)
2. Remove the same type of clips on the underside of the bumper cover, there should be 3.
Now do this on one side and repeat for the other:
3. Unscrew 10mm bolts holding on the plastic guard piece under the car (5 on each side)
4. Jack up car, remove wheels
5. Unscrew 7 mm bolt in wheel well (toward the font) Unscrew 10mm bolts clipping the wheel well cover and plastic guard together.
6. Take out the plastic clip holding in the wheel well cover in front, then peel back the cover to gain access to area behind the fascia. You can take out the whole thing, I just didn't want to mess with the other clip because they are a PITA.
7. Unscrew the 3 10mm bolts holding the fender to the fascia (they're on the underside of a rail against the inside of the fender.)
8. Remove the last 10mm bolt holding the fender to the fascia (it should be toward the front under the headlight, straigh ahead of you, a medium wratchet works best to get enough length)
Once this is done on both sides, the bumper cover just comes right off. If you've gotten far enough to take it off, you should know how to put it back on.
Ironically enough, my grille installed in less than 5 minutes. I don't know how long it took to take off the cover.
Beware, if you have an aftermarket tranny cooler installed on your air dam, the fins are VERY sharp, I now know from experience.
