Off-topic, but I've been meaning to ask you, James, if you've thought about a Mosler fuel injection system. If you need a new one, I hear they are top notch.

BUT... if the one you have is just fine, then there's no need to spend $1200 on a new one. I emailed them a long time ago about our engines and I think that's what came of it.

Got any info on this?

I think the only things I may end up doing are the following:
AFPR
Walbro in tank 255 lph drop in fuel pump
Custom tuned computer (richened)
Kenne Bell Boost a Pump
Then maybe later on down in time
Possibly DFI eventually for further tuning and possible richening
Battery relocated to trunk and 1 galon mini tank installed in its place which would hold 100+ octane gas.

Ah I went hunting for it and I had their name wrong. I don't know where Mosler came from, but what I really meant was Kinsler. Luckily I kept the bookmark around. http://www.kinsler.com

When I emailed them, I asked if they made anything for the 3.8L V6. They asked if it was 60 degree or 90 degree block, I looked it up and told them (I'd have to look it up again, I can never remember), and they replied with some more info and a pdf file or two. I don't have them anymore, but I'm sure that if you wanted it you could email them and have them send it.

How do you know that this regulator will fit on our cars for sure? I went to the site but there's no pic to see or any write up about the product.

I believe they are refering to THIS one. It has been sold for some time in a few of the GP vendors.

But, I must ask. Besides getting a little more flow from your injectors(if you even need it) why would you guys want to get this? A MAFT would be more effective in tuning IMHO.

These were going for pretty cheap on clubgp when the MAFT+ hit the market.

I agree with Dee..

We already have 50psi at WOT stock. Thats pretty good PSI man.

Mustangs use them more because they have lower WOT PSI's.

AFPR is just too volatile. Use a MAF T+!!!

I already have one.
Stock at idle my psi was 32.5, wot I don't remember but I wasn't hitting 50 :(
I haven't tried the maft yet but plan on it.
I was just posting it so everyone would know, hey its a new part out there for our cars :D

James, I bet your car would be more consistant if you remove the AFPR in favor of a MAF T+

MAF translator Plus, MAF is short for Mass Airflow meter.

You can get it from the Ramchargers.com, or the
