Anyone else ever had this problem? Kind of annoying, I used to hyave a vaccum leak a long time ago, but I fixed it. I can't find anymore and can't see what else would cause this.
Suggestions or tips on finding vacum leaks?
P.S. I noticed I idle slightly higher in park and neutral (1.2k or so)

I have this same problem with my 3.4 as does one of my friends. I actually asked a tech today and he said to make sure there is no air in the coolant cause that could cause the IAC be get an incorrect reading at startup. I'm probably going to try and bleed it tomorrow and see if anything changes.
maybe check for a restriction in your intake system? maybe a really dirty air filter. inspect the throttle body for any restrictions and excessive deposits and check for such things in the IAC passage and on the IAC. if you want, clean the throttle body and IAC with carb cleaner or similar
An easy way to get the air out of your cooling system is to start the car with the radiator cap off, let it get to operating temperature, and give it a series of rev's to about 3-4k. Turn the car off, and CAREFULLY install the radiator cap.
