  • Window adjustments..

when i bought my maro, the driver window would not go up all the way unless i actually pulled the window toward the back of the car while holding the button down. When i tinted my windows and my door was apart, i decided to try to fix the alignment. I moved the mirror mount triangle thing back to push the window back while it went up and that solved my window problem.

However i later realized that i pushed the triangle piece so far back that there is actually a gap between it and the weather stripping..

There has got to be a different way of adjusting the window so that i don't have that annoying wind sound all the time and can still roll my window up..

when you have your door apart, I believe there is some slack in the mounting holes of the hardward that holds the glass. i'm not sure if that will fix your problem, but i think it will. it's been a long time since i messed with the windows, but when i installed power i remember having to adjust it some to get the window to go up correctly.

Its been a while since I mess with the windows but you adjust it with the mounting bolts. It takes some time, good luck!
