Car runnin like crap

okay..so i just took out my dash bezel and changed a bulb...it's dark out so i stuck the gauges back in and just started the car to see if everything's good...car started and runs like crap now..only thing i noticed is that the speedometer is over at 100 which i need to flip back...anybody???

i'll have to go check...i have to get my son to bed...it's already way past his bedtime..it's weird..it started...ran rough...revved up pretty high..then sputtered and wanted to die...took about 10 secs for all that...i started it again an it seemed to be a little better at first..i'm at a loss right now

1. Check all connections and leave the battery unplugged for 20 minutes. Clean up your battery and battery posts while you're at it. Has to be a bad battery post or loose wire.

2. Get a V8

You could have grounded a wire out while having the bezel removed and not realized it or blew a fuse. Even worse, you may have possibly burnt up one of the wires.

Recheck all your connections (just unplug them and plug them back up to make sure) and then skim through your fuses and make sure none of them are blown......And if the car was hard to start upon first try....then do check your battery posts to make sure they are on their securely.

for the record..vacuum line on the side of the throttle body had popped off...boot on it split pretty badly...odd that it popped up while i was workin on somethin else..i happened to notice it while i was checkin fuses...i took an old spark plug boot and put it on..works like a charm and feels twice as durable as the original boot

yeah, thats happened to me too, your motor sounds cammed when you listen to the exhaust, heh, doesnt run all that well though
